With summer over and the long days of winter ahead I have decided to open up my home as The Village Guest House here in Rosseau. As host along with my bearded collie Iago, we’ll not only be pet friendly but we’ll also be able to accommodate snowmobilers and other tourists passing through.
Upstairs, I can have up to six guests, three rooms of 2. Unless willing to share the bathroom, this is perfect for single parties who know each other. At the back of the house I have a self contained efficiency suite that sleeps two. With the room comes a breakfast complete with homemade granola and muffins. And upon request I’ll be preparing my famous homemade pasta and other dishes for dinner.
As I continue to sell real estate, clients looking to buy a cottage or home and need to stay over during the search, those staying here at The Village Guest House will have their accommodation fees refunded. It gives me a chance to get to know my clients better and find out exactly what their real estate needs are.
